There has been some confusion regarding the recent announcements on the regular and special assessments. The payment reminder sent out on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, was for the quarterly HOA assessment due April 1 and late by April 30th, 2025. Separately, the special assessment letter that was also sent out on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, is for the golf course special assessment ($425) due May 15th, 2025. The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on March 4, 2025, reviewed all estimated budget expenses pertaining to the Golf Course for 2025 and determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the expenses and operating budget of the golf course. The Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve a Special Assessment in the amount of $425.00, which will be due on or before May 15, 2025. Click Full Story for more information.
