Dues Increase

Currently, The Resort Golf Club receives $50.00 per resident per month which is billed into the quarterly assessments. This is to assist in the maintenance and administrative functions of the golf club. On March 30, 2015, the board approved an overall increase in dues to all residents due to the cost of maintaining the community. At that time, the board decided, and approved, an additional $10 per month to be assessed beginning April 2016. The recent letter and updated coupons reflect this increase. The developer has been and currently provides deficit funding for the golf course.
If you paid your dues in full at the beginning of the year, you may submit the difference of $90.00 in full or pay it $30.00/quarter – whichever is more convenient for you. No additional statements will be sent for this increase. Please remember to include your account number on your check so that it is properly credited to your account or use the coupons provided in the letter.
