Recreational Activities

The weather has been unusually warm which has led to a lot of outdoor activities. There are some empty lots throughout the community that are owned by an individual or a Builder and are private property. These lots should not be utilized for any recreational activity of any kind.

The Association is asking that if a common area owned by the HOA is being utilized for recreational purposes, please be courteous to your fellow residents and do not loiter on the residents property next to the common area in use. Footballs, soccer balls, and basketballs have been reported hitting residents cars, homes and windows. Please be considerate and use caution when participating in recreational activities to ensure no damage is done to neighboring Residents homes or property.
