Portwood Way Drainage Project

This notice is to advise you that in the near future you may see engineers and workers in the vicinity of Portwood Way who will be performing inspections and/or surveying the grades associated with barrow (drainage) ditches located in a right of way / drainage easement. The Board of Directors in conjunction with Essex Association Management are working to facilitate a long-term solution to drainage issues affecting the Portwood Way area and this may result in the presence of workers in and out of the community performing maintenance or making repairs. If workers are present, please use caution and drive slowly to ensure their safety.
