Expected Increase in Volume

With the spring and summer season upon us, the number of calls, web submissions, and e-mails increase in volume. Departments such as pool keys, compliance and architectural requests receive significantly more communications at this time of year, therefore, we would like to thank you in advance for your patience as we answer all communications in the order they are received. The “Contact Us” tab on the Essex or your Association’s website is the preferred method of contact and the drop-down menu allows you to select from several options which directs the communication to a specific department for a response. If you are unsure of the department you need to contact, simply choose “General Question” and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
