Nighttime Compliance Drive Notice

This message is to inform you that beginning soon, our management team will be conducting nighttime compliance drives throughout the community. These drives are intended to address ongoing violations of the community’s parking restrictions, specifically:

• Regular on-street parking – Please be reminded that habitual on-street parking is not permitted at any time. All vehicles must be parked regularly in driveways or garages.
• Parking directly across from another vehicle – Even during daytime hours, parking vehicles directly across from one another creates narrow passageways that can obstruct emergency vehicles and other large service vehicles from safely navigating the street given our narrow roadways. This poses a safety risk to the community where seconds count.

To maintain a safe and accessible neighborhood, we ask all residents to be diligent in following the parking rules outlined in the governing documents. Vehicles found in violation during nighttime compliance drives may be subject to violation notices and possible fines as permitted by the Association’s rules.
